Located on Mountain Grove Drive in suburban Knoxville, South Grove shopping center was originally developed in 2008.

South Grove is an emerging regional center with close proximity to University of Tennessee and the corporate headquarters of several national and regional companies.  As one of the largest cities in the Appalachian region, Knoxville has positioned itself in recent years as a repository of Appalachian culture and is one of the gateways to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Major companies located near South Grove include DeRoyal and Weigel’s.

South Grove shopping center is located in a highly populated residential area and one of the fastest growing communities in Knox County – with a population over 213,574 within a 10-mile radius.

In July 2018, the center was purchased by and is managed by Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC .
