Broad Reach Retail Partners is pleased to announce the grand opening of our newest tenant at South Grove shopping center in Knoxville, TN: Benchmark Physical Therapy.
This is the third branch in the Knoxville area for Benchmark. Clinic Director, Jason Taylor, reports the South Grove location is very accessible - an important feature for their clients. Benchmark offers core services to treat conditions such as sprains, osteoporosis, orthopedic injuries as well as specialized services including concussion management and dry needling.
“With medical, dental and physical therapy offerings all in one location, Seymour and South Knoxville residents will be pleased at the convenience! Our clinic has experienced professionals with excellent credentials ready to serve these communities with services including, but not limited to, manual therapy, dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation,” said Taylor.
The 2,000 SF space was transformed to meet Benchmark’s design by Broad Reach Retail Partners and their team of local contractors. Mike Castellitto, VP/Partner of Broad Reach, noted the installation of the new tenant went very smoothly. “Broad Reach turned over the space in less than 60 days after leasing signing, and Benchmark was open and operating immediately thereafter. We work quickly and efficiently to get our Tenants installed as seamlessly as possible,” said Castellitto.
